Thank you for shopping with PalAfrique. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to make it simple and convenient for you. 


1. Return Period

You can return most items purchased from PalAfrique within 7 days of delivery if they meet the return conditions listed below. Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

    1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
    2. Select the item you wish to return and click Request Return.
    3.  Choose your reason for return and preferred return method.
    4.  We’ll schedule a pickup or provide a drop-off point near you.
  1. Note: Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update on the status of your refund or replacement.

    4. Refund Timelines

    Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your returned item is verified. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for purchase.

    • Credit/Debit Card Payments → Refunded to your card
    • Paystack or Mobile Money → Refunded to your wallet or Momo account
    • Cash on Delivery → Refunded as PalAfrique Wallet credit

    5. Non-Returnable Items

      • Perishable goods (food, drinks, etc.)
      • Personal care or hygiene products
      • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel
      • Software, music, or downloadable content

    6. Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or delivered in error. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact our Customer Support.             .
